Reviews:
What a book! What a read!
George Wallace has written a collection of poems in his new book Outside Paso Robles that dance with the angels. How can one man express so many emotions through a series of vignettes, anecdotes, historical and cultural references; and a store of knowledge that dents the imagination? There are two poems that make reading this work a gold standard presented on pages 32 and 34 of the book: THAT’S ALL RIGHT, and JUST TELL ME YOU HAVE HEARD THIS BEFORE. The many poems will make a better human being out of anyone who wishes to know what the human heart sounds like from someone who knows.
Wow! Wow! WOW!
Best,
Denis
